Stress checks to become mandatory even for establishments with less than 50 employees!
On November 1, 2024, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) released an interim summary of the “Study Group on Mental Health Measures including Stress Check System” and the proposal indicates that the implementation of stress checks will be expanded to all workplaces including those with less than 50 employees.
The interim report also states that “in principle, it is recommended that the implementation of stress checks should be outsourced from the viewpoint of protecting workers' privacy, since workplaces with less than 50 employees may not have an industrial physician and it may be difficult to properly manage of information.
Our health data management application service allows any company, including those with less than 50 employees, to conduct stress checks free of charge, with industrial physicians providing the service under appropriate information management using a secure application, so it is simultaneously possible to outsource and provide services that should be performed by industrial physicians. This allows your company to provide stress checks services that should be outsourced and performed by industrial physicians.
We are looking forward to your inquiries that wish to implement stress checks prior to the revision of laws and regulations, or companies that are not satisfied with your current stress check services in terms of price or content.
